Hill Captures WC Lead, Paul Basagoitia Finishes 2nd Overall At Qashqai

This past weekend at Mont Sainte Anne, e.thirteen rider Sam Hill captured the win and the leaders jersey in the points race for the world title, while on the other side of the world, e.thirteen rider Paul Basagoitia collected 25,000 euros for his second place overall finish in the Qashqai Urban Challenge series.

e.thirteen racers put on a show in Champery

This past weekend, Champery, Switzerland was the site of one of the most technical downhill race courses ever created. In a finish that will be talked about for years, e.thirteen rider Sam Hill battled tremendous odds to capture 3rd place and missed 2nd place by a mere 0.03 seconds in conditions that many riders termed unrideable. Just one day earlier, Jill Kintner took top spot in the womens 4X and took a big step toward earning a World Cup overall title.
